At Fora Jewellery, we want you to love your pieces as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your jewellery back into its original Fora gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and drop your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
